Membership of The Northern Koi Club offers:
Monthly
- A monthly Newsletter or Programme Bulletin with details of all events, news and information is sent to you every month.
Regular Meetings
- Meetings are held nearly every month at St. Mary’s Church Hall, Swinton when a guest speaker is invited to talk. There is also the opportunity to avail yourself of the various Club “goodies” which are on offer and to chat to fellow Koi-Keepers.
Library
- The Library contains books, magazines and videos, which are available with a realistic deposit for any Northern Koi Club member to borrow.
Koi Food & Related Items
- Koi food and related items are available at competitive prices at Club meetings.
Raffles
- At each Club meeting there is a raffle with good first prize item and many other prizes.
Coach Trips
- Coach trips to visit Koi pond’s and/or Koi dealers around the country are regular activities, together with an annual weekend away.
Social Activities
- Various social activities, such as an Auction and BBQ are held each year.
Medications
- Advice on health problems can be obtained at meetings Medications such as antibiotics can only be obtained via a Veterinary Surgeon.
Open days
- Members regularly open up their pond’s for Club members to visit on an informal basis.
